Due to continued concern about travel, large gatherings, and the spread of the coronavirus, the Maryland Assessment Group has made the decision to cancel our November conference. We've made this decision because our highest concerns are for the health and safety of our attendees.
While the conference won't take place this year, we are well positioned for a tremendous return. With all the changes that surround us every day, there will be no better time to reconnect than in the fall of 2021 at the newly renovated Clarion Fontainebleau Hotel in Ocean City. School instruction, assessment, and accountability are facing unprecedented challenges, and we will remain committed to supporting our constituents and Maryland students.

Vendor Registration

Join us at MAG 2019, Nov. 13-15 at the Princess Royale in Ocean City, Maryland! We are pleased to announce that vendor registration is now open Vendor Registration

As an exhibitor, this is a wonderful opportunity to meet with current and potential customers from all of Maryland's school districts. Our participants will be looking to engage with vendors who can provide products and services that will help them inspire growth and improve performance within their school districts.  And don’t forget about MAG’s social hour, held right in the exhibition area after Wednesday’s keynote event with Dr. Dylan Wiliam!

Sponsorship Overview

All vendor sponsorship includes a table, presentation, and at least one registration. A premium sponsor level includes a vendor table, two presentations, three registrations, and signage at one of the events. MAG selects the sponsors for each event; there will be more than one sponsor for any given event.

Wednesday dinner, Thursday breakfast, and Thursday lunch are included for up to two exhibitors per booth. Meal tickets are provided in your registration packet. Please be sure to list additional exhibitors under the "additional badges" section. An educational exhibit table will be assigned based on sponsorship and in the order that payment is received. An exhibit hall map is not available at this time.


Rates

The rates include carpeting and chairs, as well as Wednesday dinner, Thursday breakfast, and Thursday lunch tickets for up to two people per organization. The booth is a skirted table that is 6-feet by 30-inches. Information on shipping, electric ordering, internet, or additional equipment

Cancellation Policy

Any sponsor which cancels on or prior to November 1, 2019 will receive a refund minus the conference's administrative fees.
